Core invests both equity and mezzanine finance in smaller-middle market UK companies, typically with an enterprise value between £5 million and £30 million, which are both profitable and growing.
Our typical investment range is between £3 million and £8 million per transaction.
We invest in a wide range of sectors, focussing on working with strong management teams rather than in any particular transaction type. We therefore invest in:
- Management Buyouts (MBO's)
- Management Buyins (MBI's)
- Development Capital
- Recapitalisations
- Acquisition Capital
