Stephen Edwards
Stephen has over 19 years experience in private equity and corporate finance, having
worked with Grosvenor, Mercury Asset Management and ProVen Private Equity prior
to co-founding Core Capital in 2004.

Peter Smaill
Peter was a Director of NatWest Equity Partners Limited (now Bridgepoint Capital
Limited) and a Director of the NatWest IT fund. Subsequently he moved to LICA Development
Capital Limited (now Nova Capital Management Limited) in London where he was Co
Managing Director, before joining Dunedin Capital Partners Limited as a Director
until 2004.

Lord Walker
Lord Walker became the youngest Cabinet member of the Conservative Party in 1970
and was a member of all subsequent Cabinets until 1990, when he returned to business
activities. He currently chairs Allianz Cornhill Insurance Plc, is Vice Chairman
of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and is a Non-executive Director of LIFFE and Caparo
Plc.

John Brimacombe
John is MD of Jobstream Group plc and an Operating Partner of Sussex Place Ventures.
He was a co-founder of NGame Limited and was also President of Mforma Group Inc..
John is a non-executive director of Kelway Holdings Limited, one of the investee
companies of the Core VCTs.

Raymond Maxwell
Ray is a Venture Partner of Invesco, and has nearly 30 years private equity experience.
Ray is also Chairman of 4D Investments, and serves on the advisory boards of funds
managed by Apax, Industri Kapital, Procuritas, Index Ventures, Gemini and Jerusalem
Venture Partners. He is a also a member of the Securities Institute.

Paul Richards
Paul was previously head of Corporate Finance at Fairfax IS Limited, and has previously
worked with Hoare Govett and Collins Stewart, where he ran the Investment Trust
and Corporate Finance practices.

Greg Aldridge
Greg is Corporate Development Director of Interior Services Group plc, the £1bn
turnover Aim listed international construction services group. Prior to joining
ISG in January 2008 he was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Bridgewell,
the investment bank. He was a founder director of Bridgewell and prior to that a
corporate finance director of Singer & Friedlander Limited.
